The room was equiped with all the neccessary staff, all was kept clean all the time, there was an air conditioner in the room.
The stuff spoke very limited English if at all. We paid for the stay at arrival, but at the chechout point, it turned out we have to pay additional 200 juans or so. The stuff couldn't explain us in English for what exactly must we pay..

The whole experience of the stay was good - there was a vegetarian Chinese restaurant on the ground floor and hence for an India
a. It is not 650 m away from the subway, it is at the minimum 1.1 kms from the right exit, and if you get lost in the subway and get out the wrong exit, it is a 2 km walk. B. the staff do not really speak english, so I had a tough time communicating with them. Hello, Goo Mornin, ... do not qualify one to claim that your staff speak English. However, I would still recommend the hotel to some one who is on a budget.

It was close to many things. The room was kept clean at all times. The staff was very helpful, but spoke only very limited English.
The address was very hard to find for most taxi drivers. The shower stall leaked water onto the bathroom floor. There was no way to turn the heat down.

It was quiet and decent for a short stay!
The pricing is double than what I thought. They billed me before I went and before I checked in. I was not happy.

The room was overly comfortable. The staff were helpful when I asked for another room because the first was near the elevator, which caused a lot of noise.
The location was not ideal. Taxi drivers had a hard time finding it, and it is 15-20 min. away from the nearest subway station.

Located around 1km from the nearest metro station (10yuan taxi ride) this hotel in not a bad choice for someone on tight budget. Stayed 8 nights in June 2010 and it was pretty comfortable. AC in the room, cleaned every day. Buffet breakfast for 10yuan.I recommend it.
